The Grains and Legumes Nutrition Council hosts an annual campaign called Bring Back the Sandwich, which aims to promote whole grains and legumes by providing followers with tips and recipes, as well as a lunchbox planner with ideas for creating balanced, tasty sandwiches.
The Italian Society for Cardiovascular Prevention (SIPREC) and Italian National Research Council (CNR) are committed to raising awareness of the importance of eating whole grain to prevent cardiovascular deaths that are attributable to diets low in whole grains.
The first edition of our Whole Grain Day celebration generated considerable noise and received significant media coverage, including articles in the Parliamentary Magazine, Eurativ, and New Food Magazine.
